Meet the Owner and Designer
There is a unique type of precision required to bring a high-end wedding vision to life on the Florida coast. It takes a sharp eye for detail, an unwavering commitment to quality, and a deep understanding of the local environment.
I’m Victoria, the owner and principal designer of Garden of Eden Floral Designs. I'm a Florida native and a Clearwater resident since 1992 and my roots run deep in the Pinellas County community.
My journey to full-time floral artistry is a unique transition of passions. For 20 years, I practiced law as a criminal defense attorney right here in Pinellas County. While advocating for my clients in the courtroom required strict organization and dedication, I retired from my law practice in 2020 to return to my original, lifelong passion: flowers.
Growing up, my mother was a professional florist. I spent my childhood and young adult years inside her flower shop, learning the inner workings of the trade and helping her prep stems and arrange blooms. That early foundation never left me.
When I retired from the law in 2020, I intentionally immersed myself back into the floral industry from the ground up. I spent two years managing the office operations and handling deliveries for a busy local flower shop. From there, I spent a year working intensely with an event florist executing full-scale wedding installations, while also freelancing with various top designers for luxury event and wedding setups across the region.
My design style is also heavily shaped by my extensive travels to to the island of Oahu, Hawaii. I have developed a deep love and specialized eye for authentic, high-end tropical aesthetics and exotic blooms.
In 2023, I launched Garden of Eden Floral Designs to bring all of this experience under one boutique studio banner. Today, my work balances the absolute precision of an attorney with the creative, instinctual touch passed down by my mother and the breezy elegance of island design. Backed by five total years of diverse, hands-on industry experience in the local market, I focus heavily on luxury wedding installations at our premier coastal resorts, while maintaining a premium studio delivery service for clients who expect something far beyond a standard arrangement.
I personally source, design, install and deliver all of my work to ensure the attention to detail your event deserves. My studio is less than 5 miles across the bridge from the pristine shores of Clearwater Beach which ensures your beachside event or resort delivery arrives perfectly fresh and on time.
